Individual commitment to a group effort–that is what makes a team work

Because we are web designing company, this post is dedicated to all analogous vendors and competitors.

We know that during #development and#operations, we need to know more than just how to build #websites.

As a team, we have to understand that how departments within a company interact, and which are the best practices to follow.

The interaction of software engineers and system administrators has given rise to the term developer operations or #DevOps, because both have to work as one logical unit while executing separate operations that cross to each other’s boundaries sometimes.

A kind of union or partnership between these two groups (and others as well) is essential to get very far, specifically in generation of fairly large and complex sites.

When communicating, these 3 points help for integrity purposes:
– Walk in their shoes whose intervention or support is required
– Collaborate in person
Talk face to face when it makes sense rather sending e-mail threads every time to make issues complicated in terms of responsibilities
– Work for each other, a best approach with no conflicts when everyone understands their part of work
“Individual commitment to a group effort–that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.”
All comes down to healthy flow of information for establishing a solid foundation for long term success.
